SHADOWRUN

Smith & Tinker has optioned the Shadowrun PC license rights to Cliffhanger Productions. Game creative is currently being developed in collaboration with original creator Jordan Weisman and Cliffhanger is proud to get a chance to work on one of the top 3 RPG franchises in the world. The immensely popular setting mixing cool cyberpunk tech with magic and mythical races and monsters has spawned over 80 novels and sold over 10 million books worldwide.

DEADLANDS

Cliffhanger Productions has acquired the full computer- and video game rights to the award winning Pen and Paper RPG Deadlands. The unique mix of western and horror with a dash of steampunk has been collecting a dedicated fan following with over hundreds of thousands of pen and paper and millions of card games sold. Cliffhanger is working with partner studio Mipumi on an online version of the game.

CONSULTANCY PROJECTS

RISEN 2

After the success of Risen Cliffhanger Productions were again hired by Deep Silver and Piranha Bytes to produce the most eagerly anticipated German role-playing game to be released on PC and consoles.

On behalf of Deep Silver and Piranha Bytes Cliffhanger Productions produced this role-playing gem developed by Piranha Bytes. It ranked number 1 in German sales charts for several weeks, and won the "Best German role-playing game" award in 2009 at the German Developer’s Awards.

7MILLION

In co-operation with Team Vienna Games Cliffhanger Productions created this 3D Casual MMO published by Deep Silver.

GOTHIC 3

On behalf of Jowood Cliffhanger Productions managed the production of the third installment of the highly popular Gothic role-playing series developed by Piranha Bytes. It was named "Game of the year" in 5 magazines, ranked number 1 in German sales charts for several weeks, and won the "Best German role-playing game" award in 2006 at the German Developer’s Awards.

SPELLFORCE 2

On behalf of Jowood Cliffhanger Productions produced this highly innovative title developed by now EA-owned Phenomic. It was named "Game of the month" in US magazine IGN and held a Top 10 position in German sales charts for several weeks.
